Responsibilities

• Work to prevent internal and external shrinkage
• Conduct risk assessments and intelligence gathering
• Engage in customer dialogue and service
• Contribute to reducing loss, crime, and unwanted incidents

Requirements

• Approved security guard course or vocational certificate in security
• Experience from the security industry
• Experience in service and customer handling
• Good business understanding
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Driver's license (Class B)
• Ability to travel within the Eastern Norway region

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in retail or analysis
• High level of professional curiosity and observation skills
