Security Guard

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to support access control activities and maintain site visibility.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Experience with access control and badge systems.
