Security Guard

Responsibilities

• Note the entry and exit of vehicles, visitors, and other individuals
• Maintain security logbooks and ensure daily information registration
• Issue gate passes for all items and stocks leaving the ALP
• Monitor video surveillance systems and review footage as necessary
• Identify authorized vehicles and operate barrier gates
• Monitor inward and outward traffic to ensure proper streamlining
• Respond to alarms and security concerns
• Alert authorities during emergencies or security breaches
• Identify irregular conditions that threaten security or safety
• Check alarm systems and CCTVs to ensure they are in good working order
• Contact police or civil defense in the event of theft or fire

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• At least one year of related experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Good computer skills including email, word processing, and worksheet navigation
