Security Front Desk Receptionist Specialist

Responsibilities

• Greet employees, visitors, and vendors with a professional, polished, and customer-focused demeanor
• Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Oversee visitor check-in procedures, issue badges, and maintain accurate visitor logs
• Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Provide administrative support to onsite leadership, including scheduling and data entry
• Schedule vehicle pickups and drop-offs
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain key inventory for the corporation
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation
• Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid State BSIS California Guard Card
• 1–2 years of experience in front desk, administrative, or customer-service roles
• Typing speed of 40-60 words per minute
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email platforms
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Security Guard experience
• Monitoring and surveillance experience
• Familiarity with report writing
