Security Flex Officer

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in a vehicle
• Monitor entrances and exits to permit authorized entry and prevent unauthorized access
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire departments in case of emergencies or unauthorized presence
• Warn violators of rule infractions such as loitering or smoking
• Investigate and prepare detailed reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Use an exclusive shift-pickup platform to claim open shifts based on your availability

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience)
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license (if driving company or customer-owned vehicles)
• Ability to operate radio, telephone, or console equipment
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different post assignments and irregular shifts
• Reliability and strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
• Ability to speak, read, and write in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic)
