Security Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight security operations and provide leadership, supervision, and coaching to security personnel
• Conduct scheduled and random site inspections, patrols, and operational reviews
• Ensure all posts are properly staffed and operating according to post orders
• Monitor staffing levels and address call-offs or shortages to prevent coverage gaps
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns professionally
• Verify officer attendance, performance, and required reporting
• Complete and review incident reports, activity logs, and staffing documentation
• Assist with onboarding, training, and development of security personnel

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Wisconsin Private Security Person License
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing personnel
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
• Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods
• Ability to travel between client locations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous security, law enforcement, military, or supervisory experience
