Security Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Conduct post inspections to verify professional image, uniform appropriateness, and cleanliness
• Perform on-the-job training for new employees, including orientation and emergency response review
• Respond to staffing call-offs by identifying replacements or standing post until coverage arrives
• Identify and report personnel issues, payroll concerns, or employee relations complaints to management
• Distribute company information and obtain necessary signed acknowledgements from staff
• Respond to client or site emergencies and ensure appropriate communication with leadership

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service (e.g., security) experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to write concise reports
• Ability to use independent judgment and discretion in the field
• Ability to interact successfully at all levels of the organization, including clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, operations management, or security industry leadership
• Prior experience in law enforcement or the military
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
