Security Field Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex security projects, managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Provide subject matter expertise in security system setup, risk identification, and project methodology.
• Maintain control of project expenditures and track installation progress through detailed status reports.
• Ensure project quality by conducting worksite inspections to meet installation standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and provide professional support to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Present project updates and results to management and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree, or equivalent work experience of at least five years.
• 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in the security industry or new construction.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
• Ability to acquire relevant certifications within 6 months of employment.
