About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead security for the platform, including application, cloud, network, and AI agent security
- Perform secure design reviews and oversee threat modeling
- Partner with engineering, product, and GRC teams to embed security in the SDLC
- Implement automation and tooling within CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct regular cloud environment audits and review IAM configurations
- Present security posture and address data concerns for enterprise clients
Requirements
- Strong foundation in web application security, cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and networking
- Hands-on experience with programming, scripting, and DevOps tools
- Familiarity with secure coding, threat modeling, and incident response
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical risks to diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience securing AI systems, LLMs, and Agentic AI risks
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- History of building custom security tools using AI/ML
- Familiarity with continuous compliance platforms
- Experience with privacy-by-design practices like data anonymization
