Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect security controls for agentic AI including identity, network, and runtime-level defenses
• Build production-grade security tooling to harden safety monitoring pipelines at scale
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Agent Infrastructure, product, research, and safety teams
• Influence long-term Agent Security strategy and help define industry standards for autonomous AI

Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills in Python or a systems language (Go, Rust, C/C++)
• Experience shipping and operating secure, high-reliability services
• Deep expertise in modern isolation techniques such as container security and kernel-level hardening
• Hands-on experience with network security, identity-based controls, and policy enforcement
• Proficiency in cloud security on Azure, AWS, or GCP, including IAM and infrastructure-as-code
• Ability to communicate effectively across engineering, research, and leadership audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI/ML security challenges and risks associated with advanced AI systems
