Security Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist employees and visitors in a friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure visitors and vendors are properly signed in prior to accessing the building
• Identify all employees and visitors upon arrival
• Monitor CCTV camera systems within the facility
• Dispatch Patrol Officers to locations
• Answer regular and emergency phones
• Monitor alarm panels
• Respond to incidents including property emergencies
• Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to obtain an Ohio guard card and a TWIC Card

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in security dispatching
• NRC Certification
