Security Delivery & Integration Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the delivery roadmap for security operational initiatives, including monitoring, detection, response, and automation.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle, including scope, dependencies, timelines, resources, and stabilization.
• Coordinate with SOC, CSIRT, and Incident Response teams to ensure 24/7 continuity and effective playbook/runbook improvement.
• Lead the technical and operational integration of security tools such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, IAM, and ITSM.
• Coordinate operational resilience practices, including tabletop exercises, continuity testing, and disaster recovery alignment.
• Lead major security incident coordination and post-mortem analyses to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage security vendors (MSSP, tool providers, consultants) regarding performance, renewals, and contractual compliance.
• Provide executive reporting to the CISO regarding progress, risks, blockers, and achieved security benefits.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT, specifically in Security Operations and delivery management.
• Solid knowledge of integrating and operating SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, IAM, ITSM, and vulnerability management tools.
• Proven experience in incident coordination, business continuity, and operational resilience.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and track complex security initiatives.
• Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills for interacting with stakeholders and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, PMP, or ITIL.
• Experience managing security budgets (OPEX) and third-party MSSP relationships.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment.
