Security D Command Center Operator

Responsibilities

• Push and report operational matters in real-time to management
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty
• Manage communications for emergency and non-emergency calls via phone and email
• Monitor email inboxes and work order service requests
• Handle escalated security issues and dispatch personnel as needed
• Acknowledge alarms and respond to emergency situations appropriately

Requirements

• 2 years of prior employment as a security officer
• 1 year of experience in dispatch or command center settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Valid Florida Security D License
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
