About the role
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily security patrols, system checks and CCTV monitoring across the site and four offsite locations
- Manage access control for staff, visitors, and contractors
- Handle inbound and outbound post and parcels
- Liaise with external monitoring companies regarding alarm activations
- Perform weekly checks including fleet camera reviews, generator testing, and water treatment tasks
- Support facilities operations by coordinating contractors and assisting with maintenance
- Provide reception support by greeting visitors and assisting with administrative duties
Requirements
- PSA licenses and recognized security training
- Experience with CCTV, access control, and fleet camera technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
- Ability to prioritize tasks across security, facilities, and administration
