Security Coordination Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate asset security processes, access controls, and surveillance protocols.
• Manage facility protection, including guarding instructions and asset custody.
• Oversee human resources management within the security department.
• Handle relations with clients, providers, contractors, and public security authorities.
• Manage crisis situations and monitor social media for security-related information.
• Prepare detailed security reports and maintain confidential information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a completed title (indispensable).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in security coordination, access control, and facility protection.
• Technical knowledge of CCTV and alarm systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, pivot tables, presentations, and documents).
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles with a valid driver's license.
• Availability for flexible scheduling and travel.
• Strong crisis management and human resources management skills.
