About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers according to Groupe Barrière quality standards
- Perform identity verification in compliance with gaming regulations
- Manage customer cloakroom services physically and via telephone
- Inform and direct customers to various points of sale
- Conduct security patrols and intervene in case of malicious acts
Requirements
- Holder of CQP certification
- Valid professional card
- SSIAP 1 certification
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the field
- Ability to remain calm, firm, and respectful under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
