Security Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage and handle customer support requests via email and phone according to established workflows
• Perform continuous ticket checks and maintain up-to-date documentation in the ticketing system
• Manage internal and external escalations and coordinate RMA cases
• Provide resident engineering services at customer sites when required
• Conduct regular health checks and support internal IT infrastructure
• Provide 24x7 support and remain flexible to work after office hours for critical incidents
• Collaborate with vendor support organizations and engineers to resolve technical issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, or a related field
• Strong background and experience in TCP/IP networking within large-scale organizations
• Deep understanding of technical relations in complex environments
• Experience with vendor solutions such as CyberArk, Cisco, F5, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Symantec/Broadcom
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to provide 24x7 support and work on-site as a resident engineer
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Highest level certifications from major security vendors
• Experience with Infoblox, Proofpoint, or IXIA solutions
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for customer-level understanding
