About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and handle customer support requests via email and phone according to established workflows
- Perform continuous ticket checks and maintain up-to-date documentation in the ticketing system
- Manage internal and external escalations and coordinate RMA cases
- Provide resident engineering services at customer sites when required
- Conduct regular health checks and support internal IT infrastructure
- Provide 24x7 support and remain flexible to work after office hours for critical incidents
- Collaborate with vendor support organizations and engineers to resolve technical issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, or a related field
- Strong background and experience in TCP/IP networking within large-scale organizations
- Deep understanding of technical relations in complex environments
- Experience with vendor solutions such as CyberArk, Cisco, F5, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Symantec/Broadcom
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to provide 24x7 support and work on-site as a resident engineer
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Highest level certifications from major security vendors
- Experience with Infoblox, Proofpoint, or IXIA solutions
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for customer-level understanding
