Security Consultant

Responsibilities

• Handle customer support requests via email and phone according to established workflows
• Manage internal and external escalations and follow up on them in a timely manner
• Maintain continuous communication with customers regarding tickets and projects
• Perform regular health checks and provide operation and support for internal IT infrastructure
• Document all activities accurately using ticket systems and time-tracking tools
• Coordinate RMA cases and interact with vendor support organizations
• Provide 24x7 support and be available for critical incidents after office hours
• Act as a resident engineer at customer sites when required

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, or a related field
• Deep understanding of technical relations within complex IT environments
• Strong background and experience in TCP/IP networking for large-scale organizations
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
• Experience with vendor solutions such as CyberArk, Cisco ESA, F5, Symantec, PaloAlto, Infoblox, Proofpoint, Fortinet, or IXIA
• Ability to provide 24x7 support and work flexibly based on job requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Highest level certifications from major security vendors
• Strong skills in structured documentation and diagramming
• Proven ability to identify new work areas and set professional goals
