Security Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the questionnaire intake queue, log incoming requests, and track deadlines
• Maintain a library of pre-approved security control and data handling responses
• Draft first-pass responses to standard security questionnaires (SIG Lite, CAIQ)
• Support SOC 2 readiness and manage Vanta administration
• Coordinate audit readiness calendars, including evidence windows and policy reviews
• Create and track Linear tickets for findings requiring remediation
• Prepare documentation for the company Trust Centre

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in GRC, IT audit, or security operations
• Familiarity with SOC 2 trust service criteria
• Experience with questionnaire tools (Conveyor, Responsive, RFP360, or similar)
• Comfort with Vanta or similar compliance automation tools
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success under deal-cycle pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with compliance automation platforms
• Background in managing security questionnaire pipelines at scale
