Security Coach

Responsibilities

• Implement safety policies within Solid & Organic Waste activities
• Perform on-site audits and inspections to identify risks and propose solutions
• Coach and sensitize teams to embed correct safety behavior
• Lead innovative projects to continuously improve safety performance
• Analyze data and incidents to prevent dangerous situations
• Proactively suggest improvements to practices

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the logistics or waste sector
• Excellent knowledge of regulations (Vlarema, etc.)
• Driving license C with code 95
• Fluent in Dutch
• Strong relational and communication skills
• Observational skills, accuracy, and proactivity
