Security Awareness Content Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly reviews of new content and update recommendation documentation for international clients
• Communicate top-rated modules and best practices for implementing large-scale learning plans
• Review quarterly customer feedback regarding content quality and communicate insights to publishers to inform roadmaps
• Provide training and guidance to staff and contractors involved in content localization
• Monitor regional compliance law updates and cultural expectations to ensure content relevance globally
• Support the creation of diverse, equitable, and inclusive content
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, quality, and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Security Awareness, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Fluency in Japanese
• Experience developing and updating professional documentation
• Experience advising clients on learning plans or instructional strategies
• Proficiency with project management software, Google Docs, and MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
