Security Awareness Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create engaging security awareness content across channels including Slack, email, presentations, training, and events
• Develop micro-learning, behavioural nudges, and awareness campaigns to encourage secure habits
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the security awareness programme, including campaigns, content, documentation, and reporting
• Translate complex security topics into clear, practical guidance for employees
• Use behavioural insights, metrics, and user feedback to continuously improve security awareness and influence the roadmap
• Partner with Security, People, Tech, Risk, and Customer Operations to improve security behaviours and communicate emerging threats

Requirements

• Experience in security awareness, internal communications, or influencing behaviour change
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging guidance
• Highly organised and able to manage priorities independently
• Good understanding of common security risks, including phishing, social engineering, password security, and data handling
• Strong collaborator who builds relationships and works effectively across diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with behavioural science or campaign analytics
• Experience using LMS platforms or content creation tools
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
