Security Associate, Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop a team of security associates with an emphasis on customer centricity
• Execute security measures, policies, and procedures to maintain corporate campus safety
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including task completion, audits, inspections, and emergency response
• Conduct associate training, including new hire onboarding, tabletop exercises, and emergency drills
• Manage department auditing programs for compliance with local ordinances and corporate policies
• Administer team scheduling and staffing for various department posts
• Support the planning and execution of security plans for company events

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement roles
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a successful team
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build productive professional relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow strict security protocols
• Valid motor vehicle operator's license
• Ability to respond quickly on foot and monitor CCTV screens
