Security Associate II

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of employees, clients, visitors, and property through facility monitoring and patrols.
• Monitor facility environments using CCTV, access control systems, alarm panels, fire systems, and visitor management systems.
• Investigate and respond to alarms, reported disturbances, or environmental concerns in coordination with the Global Security Command Center.
• Provide medical or safety assistance, including AED and CPR, as certifications allow.
• Conduct post-accident reviews to determine root causes for HR and Facilities departments.
• Identify and report potential hazards or vulnerabilities to ensure the safety of all personnel.
• Maintain various logs for communication, audit purposes, and traceability.
• Greet visitors and manage the issuance of visitor passes to control building access.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in public safety or corporate security.

Preferred Qualifications

• AED, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
