About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and document the movement of vehicles through entrance and exit gates
- Conduct routine patrols of the Inspection Center and logistics yard
- Act as the primary point of contact for associates, vendors, and visitors
- Utilize SAS App and RFID technology for security protocols
- De-escalate conflict situations and follow incident response protocols
- Partner with management on badge creation and CCTV reviews
- Maintain inventory control and tracking accuracy
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Ability to stand for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform frequent driving and computer data entry
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to adhere to regular and predictable attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, and Card Access technology
- Previous experience supporting OSHA or safety programs
- Experience with crisis prevention or response plans
