Security Assistant

Responsibilities

• Carry out safety and security duties including patrolling and static post control
• Comply with instructions from Senior Security Assistants and higher-ranking officers
• Report emergencies, criminal activities, and related threats immediately
• Patrol designated routes and ensure smooth traffic flow during peak hours
• Report mechanical, electrical, or fire hazards to supervisors
• Monitor construction activities and maintenance works within the vicinity
• Supervise outsourced security personnel and monitor service provider performance
• Enforce safety and fire regulations through security checks and audits

Requirements

• SPM with at least 5 subjects including Bahasa Melayu and Sejarah
• Malaysian citizen aged between 20 and 35 years old
• No criminal record or drug influence
• Good health, eyesight, and fitness levels
• Male height minimum 165cm; Female height minimum 157cm
• Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18%-30%
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Basic Malaysia Law (PDRM)
• Knowledge of Auxiliary Police Rules and Regulations
• Skills in crowd control, suspect handling, and first aid
• Experience in VVIP/VIP escorting and incident handling
