Security Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the security department by developing reporting tools and KPIs
• Monitor global security-related incidents including natural disasters, criminality, war, and theft
• Track security impacts on company assets, sites, business travelers, and expatriates
• Provide dedicated support to the Global Head of Security
• Assist regional security managers to strengthen service cohesion across the organization

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Essential)
• Strong public speaking and communication skills
• Professional and serious demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Previous internship experience within a public service, authority, or corporate environment
