Security Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the security department by developing reporting and KPIs for the service
• Monitor global security incidents including natural disasters, criminality, war, theft, and illicit trafficking
• Track security impacts on group assets, sites, business travelers, and expatriates worldwide
• Provide dedicated support to the Global Head of Security
• Assist regional security managers to strengthen service cohesion across the organization

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Essential)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Ability to engage in public speaking

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in a public service, authority, or corporate environment
• Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Power BI
