Security and Safety Manager

Responsibilities

• Own physical security and safety operations across the Americas region
• Oversee service delivery and performance of security providers
• Lead security and safety incident management and post-incident reviews
• Deliver security and safety planning for major marketing and internal events
• Monitor geopolitical developments and assess potential impact on people and operations
• Conduct and maintain site security risk assessments and registers
• Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
• Build security and safety literacy across stakeholders

Requirements

• Demonstrated depth and breadth of experience in corporate security, risk, and physical security operations
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in complex or ambiguous situations
• Experience developing and improving security or safety processes
• Proven track record of managing vendors and holding them to high performance standards
• Experience leading incident response or investigations in complex environments
• Strong ability to influence across teams and communicate with senior stakeholders
