Security and Loss Prevention Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the SLP MDR Concessions Abuse Program by identifying and eliminating abusive entities to prevent product loss.
• Conduct end-to-end investigations across customers, delivery networks, and sellers to identify abuse patterns.
• Implement and follow up on Loss Prevention Plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform audits, surprise checks, and process reviews at Last Mile (LM) stations to ensure compliance.
• Analyze loss trends and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly assessments to identify defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service and Operations, to mitigate risks and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
• Provide on-ground intelligence to uncover new methods of abuse and recommend loss prevention initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in security and loss prevention.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
