About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and industry events
  • Develop customized security and fire solutions based on client requirements and compliance standards
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for commercial security and fire systems
  • Advise clients on system design, installation, and integration best practices
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful solution deployment
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, NFPA codes, and UL standards
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and address issues promptly

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in security/fire technology or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years in commercial security or fire system sales
  • Strong knowledge of access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, and fire alarm panels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive sales targets
  • Willingness to travel overnight and perform heavy prospecting
