About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support integrated security engagement and intelligence workflows to protect UPS assets, operations, and customers.
- Serve as a primary supervisory contact for engagement with local, state, federal, and international law enforcement and government agencies.
- Develop and manage communication and information-sharing agreements with external partners.
- Supervise and conduct intelligence analysis related to fraud, threat activity, and strategic risks.
- Identify emerging trends, threat actor tactics, and systemic vulnerabilities through structured analytical techniques.
- Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and workload prioritization for analysts.
- Build strong internal partnerships across Security, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Analytics teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Security Management, Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in intelligence analysis, security operations, investigations, or fraud analysis.
- Prior experience leading, supervising, or coordinating analysts or operational teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and open source/social media platforms.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance at the Secret level.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with external agencies and senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience working with law enforcement or government agencies.
- Familiarity with the intelligence lifecycle and structured analytical techniques.
- Experience operating in environments requiring high levels of discretion and information-sharing governance.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across operational and analytical workflows.
