About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer, coordinate, and maintain annual Corporate Security programs to safeguard employees, assets, operations, and company information.
- Conduct investigations related to fraud, asset loss, or violations of the PepsiCo Code of Conduct.
- Perform vulnerability analyses and issue formal recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Implement and maintain Loss Prevention Plans across Sales, Operations, and Corporate Office areas.
- Execute Crisis Management and Business Continuity plans.
- Provide security for special events, including executive visits and foundation events.
- Coordinate tasks and assignments with external security personnel and service providers.
- Establish communication channels with relevant authorities to ensure legal compliance and crime prevention.
- Supervise the selection and hiring processes for security personnel, including site access controllers.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Criminology, or Criminalistics.
- 5+ years of experience in the security field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proven decision-making abilities and ability to manage stress.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet tools.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
