About the role

Responsibilities

  • Administer, coordinate, and maintain annual Corporate Security programs to safeguard employees, assets, operations, and company information.
  • Conduct investigations related to fraud, asset loss, or violations of the PepsiCo Code of Conduct.
  • Perform vulnerability analyses and issue formal recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Implement and maintain Loss Prevention Plans across Sales, Operations, and Corporate Office areas.
  • Execute Crisis Management and Business Continuity plans.
  • Provide security for special events, including executive visits and foundation events.
  • Coordinate tasks and assignments with external security personnel and service providers.
  • Establish communication channels with relevant authorities to ensure legal compliance and crime prevention.
  • Supervise the selection and hiring processes for security personnel, including site access controllers.

Requirements

  • Degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Criminology, or Criminalistics.
  • 5+ years of experience in the security field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven decision-making abilities and ability to manage stress.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet tools.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
