Security Analyst - Organizational Resilience

Responsibilities

• Implement disaster recovery, crisis preparedness, and business continuity plans globally
• Assist stakeholders in documenting and maintaining all continuity and recovery plans
• Review plans to ensure operational continuity and regulatory compliance
• Participate in the creation and deployment of security policies, standards, and processes
• Identify risks and propose mitigation solutions to management
• Develop security metrics and executive reports to communicate risk status
• Oversee coordination of support, training, and awareness including tabletop exercises
• Contribute to specific security projects within the department

Requirements

• Previous experience in organizational resilience, business continuity, or disaster recovery
• Strong auditing and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to lead informative training sessions
• Strong written communication skills for clear and concise documentation
