Security Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct security and Loss Prevention (LP) tours to supervise critical operational areas and detect anomalies.
• Manage personnel control (FBM) to ensure security guard distribution follows established procedural manuals.
• Perform administrative tasks, including the creation and updating of security process control sheets.
• Participate in active investigations to clarify incidents occurring within the operation center.
• Supervise access control, regulating the flow of entry and exit during shift changes.
• Manage operational follow-ups through control meetings to evaluate activities and report novedades between shifts.

Requirements

• University degree in Security, Criminology, Criminalistics, Administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing security companies and leading personnel with a democratic leadership style.
• Solid knowledge of physical security standards and electronic security systems.
• Proficiency in computer tools and office software.
• Fluency in Spanish; basic English is desirable.
• Full availability to work in rotating shifts.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
