Security Analyst

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze critical incident data regarding shrinkage within the center, collaborating with coordination to clarify each case.
• Administer and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as FPP/BPP, ensuring the control dashboard is constantly updated.
• Lead follow-up sessions with Fulfillment, SVC, and XD teams to optimize operational metrics linked to loss prevention.
• Implement and ensure compliance with regional physical security standards to protect people and assets.
• Supervise the performance of physical security providers and ensure contractual compliance.
• Deploy training sessions and awareness campaigns for operational and security personnel regarding access policies.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Security, Criminalistics, Law, Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in personnel management and handling crisis situations.
• Experience working in large-scale logistics centers.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Experience in electronic security, leading training, and conducting investigations.
• Intermediate proficiency in GSuite or Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of access control systems such as Lenel or Genetec.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or WMS.
