Security Agent/Entry Controller

Responsibilities

• Perform security and safety patrols
• Prevent and intervene in various incidents such as fire or malicious acts
• Maintain incident logs and write reports
• Filter visitor entries and perform identity checks according to internal procedures
• Welcome customers and respond to their needs
• Handle telephone reception for reservations and inquiries
• Manage VIP vehicle parking
• Promote casino products

Requirements

• Proven experience in security
• Valid professional card and up-to-date SSIAP certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy
• Ability to maintain composure and firmness
• Ability to be authoritative while remaining respectful
• Must obtain ministerial approval (clean criminal record, European nationality, registered on electoral lists)
