Security Agent

Responsibilities

• Supervise the security team for the Bisous Bisous nightclub
• Coordinate with the club manager and Hotel Manager
• Manage security personnel orders from external service providers
• Report incidents to the security officer and security director
• Maintain professional relationships with municipal and national police
• Monitor hotel access, halls, and common areas
• Conduct prevention rounds and control visitor/delivery flows
• Control nightclub access, including age and identity verification
• Prevent and intervene in conflicts or high-risk situations
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations and manage security equipment availability

Requirements

• Valid CNAPS professional card (MAC APS up to date)
• Proven experience as a security agent, ideally in a team lead role
• Experience in private security, preferably in luxury hospitality or nightlife
• Ability to work a mixed schedule (day shifts and night shifts)
• Excellent presentation and customer service skills
• Ability to manage conflict with calm and professionalism
• Knowledge of fire safety and first aid (SST highly appreciated)
• Professional English or other foreign languages preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• SSIAP 1 qualification
• SST (Secourisme en milieu de travail) certification
