Security Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring, scheduling, payroll, and training
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property at client sites
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals
• Handle escalated security issues or emergency situations
• Conduct annual performance reviews and monitor staff performance
• Maintain personnel files and workforce management systems
• Support HR in hiring, onboarding, and involuntary terminations
• Track company equipment including technology and vehicles
• Stay current on federal, state, and local CBA guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of managerial and policy making experience in law enforcement or contract security
• Extensive internal contacts within the local law enforcement community
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs
• Ability to perform foot patrols in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management, or related field
• Previous MARSEC, NRC, and Industrial facility security experience
• CPP certification (ASIS)
• OSHA-30 certification
• FEMA IC 700 certification
• MARSEC FSO Certification
