Security Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily security operations and scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime
• Lead, hire, coach, and manage a team of security officers and supervisors, overseeing payroll and employee relations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure high-quality service and strong professional relationships
• Respond to and coordinate security incidents and emergencies professionally
• Oversee site operational standards, including training, safety compliance, and inventory management for equipment and uniforms

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or team supervision
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage staffing levels and control operational costs
• Proven ability to make sound independent decisions and resolve conflicts efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in Business Administration or a law enforcement-related field
• Experience in military, law enforcement, or facility management
• ASIS International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification
• Experience with security systems such as CCTV, access control, and badge administration
• Previous experience in payroll, billing, or scheduling
