Securitized Assets Junior PM, Financial Institutions Group - Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the management of over $100bn in structured products across ABS, CLO, CMBS, and RMBS sectors
• Perform fundamental research and relative-value analysis to generate investment ideas and recommendations
• Provide quantitative and analytical support to Lead Portfolio Managers for new issue and secondary transactions
• Develop analytics, reports, and tools to attribute performance and monitor risk
• Drive experimentation with generative AI to enhance technological solutions in the investment process
• Partner with technology, research, and product strategist teams to ensure scalable investment practices and smooth client onboarding
• Prepare investment committee presentations and ongoing surveillance documentation

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Fixed Income markets
• Strong knowledge of Securitized Assets and bond math
• Proficiency in Python and handling large datasets
• Familiarity with SQL databases and data APIs
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Aladdin

Preferred Qualifications

• Progress toward CFA designation
• Previous experience in securitized asset origination or deal structuring
• Knowledge of financial institution or insurance client portfolio management
