Securities Services - Reference Data Sr Product Delivery Associate

Responsibilities

• Develop business requirements, functional designs, and solutions aligned with Securities Services strategic vision
• Oversee technology implementations to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with internal technology, operations, and product teams to drive strategic initiatives
• Define and manage implementation schedules to ensure timely and budget-compliant product delivery
• Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate business needs, risks, and strategic objectives
• Document user stories and acceptance criteria for feature teams
• Manage the product backlog and ensure timely prioritization of user stories

Requirements

• Experience in financial services product development or reference data-focused roles
• Expertise in business analysis and change management
• Proven product and program management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects
• Knowledge of data lineage concepts and data modeling
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage diverse groups
• Strong problem-solving skills and data analytics capabilities
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders across global regions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in account, party, settlement, instrument, and standing instruction reference data domains
• Experience working within Securities Services
