Securities Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Participate in low complexity lifecycle support tasks and identify opportunities for process improvements within Securities Operations
• Review tactical issues, policies, or procedures related to low-risk tasks and deliverables
• Build expertise in operational processes including client account onboarding, cash payments, custodial operations, and securities settlement services
• Assist in gathering data to support issue resolution and perform research and evaluation of functional operational tasks
• Monitor daily securities and cash-related production work to support team effectiveness
• Contribute to the implementation of projects, new processes, and revised procedures through coordination with operation teams

Requirements

• 6+ months of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education
• Knowledge of client account onboarding and securities settlement services
• Experience with general ledger reconciliation and data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience executing end-to-end securities operations supporting Wealth Management products
• Ability to collaborate with onshore partners to resolve operational issues within SLA timelines
• Proficiency in utilizing automation tools such as Copilot and Alteryx to streamline workflows
• Experience preparing and maintaining MIS, dashboards, and operational reporting metrics
• Strong understanding of internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards
