Securities Operations Associate-Trade Settlement

Responsibilities

• Participate in low complexity lifecycle support tasks and identify opportunities for process improvements within Securities Operations
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures related to low risk tasks and deliverables
• Resolve low complexity escalated issues and research business risks within the scope of responsibility
• Build expertise in operational processes including client account onboarding, cash payments, and securities settlement services
• Assist in gathering data to support issue resolution and analyze functional operational tasks
• Monitor daily securities and cash related production work to support overall team effectiveness
• Contribute to the implementation of projects and revised processes that require coordination among operation teams

Requirements

• 6+ months of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Knowledge of client account onboarding processes
• Understanding of securities settlement services
• Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation
