Securities Lending Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of day-to-day deliverables for the Global Securities Lending Trading Desk
• Identify and resolve complex operational issues while acting as a regional point of escalation
• Partner with trading, investment, and global operations teams to drive process improvements and risk mitigation
• Provide regional input to global process owners to develop effective global solutions
• Liaise with Global Investment Data & Operations teams to deliver value-add operational insights
• Document and update operational procedures to ensure compliance with control standards and policies
• Maintain risk mitigation controls, contingency plans, and end-user computing tools
• Coach and develop less experienced team members through guidance and mentorship
• Participate in rotational exposure to the Equity Trading Floor to deepen investment insight

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of related work experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Proficiency in Python with a demonstrated interest or ability to build code
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex operational issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in investment operations
• CFA designation or a strong interest in obtaining the certification
