Securities Lending Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational processes for equity and fixed income lending support
• Assist with covering broker-to-broker and fully paid lending accounts
• Facilitate mark-to-market adjustments, OCC marks processing, and booking
• Manage stock and cash break reconciliations, rate changes, and contract compares
• Complete end-of-day balancing and management reporting
• Process corporate actions, buy-in requests, and quarterly audit confirmations
• Set up new counterparty accounts and initiate monthly interest rebate settlements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of brokerage operational experience, preferably in securities lending
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data compilation and calculations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access for managing databases
• Strong analytical skills to identify and manage firm risk
• Excellent communication skills to interact with advisors and operational groups
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
