About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor legal obligations for a listed company, including publication calendars and periodic obligations
- Prepare and review regulatory information documents and press releases
- Conduct legal research on AMF regulations, market abuse rules, and legislative evolutions
- Contribute to the preparation of the Universal Registration Document (URD), specifically regarding governance, board composition, and share capital
- Assist in the preparation of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), including drafting resolutions, reviewing meeting brochures, and managing voting processes
Requirements
- Law student seeking a PPI internship (élève-avocat)
- Fluent in English
- Strong foundation in securities law and/or corporate law
- Interest in corporate governance
- Excellent writing and synthesis skills
- Ability to analyze complex issues quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a law firm or the legal department of a listed group
