About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor legal obligations for a listed company, including publication calendars and periodic obligations
- Contribute to the preparation and review of regulatory information documents and press releases
- Conduct research on AMF regulations, market abuse rules, and legislative evolutions
- Assist in preparing legal and governance sections of the Universal Registration Document (URD)
- Support the preparation of the Annual General Meeting, including resolutions, meeting brochures, and voting follow-ups
Requirements
- Law student seeking a PPI internship (élève-avocat)
- Fluent in English
- Strong foundation in securities law and/or corporate law
- Excellent writing and synthesis skills
- Rigorous, dynamic, and motivated
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a law firm or the legal department of a listed group
- Interest in corporate governance issues
