Securities Based Lending Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare underwriting analysis, including collateral evaluation and loan grading
• Generate collateral analysis and support loan pricing processes
• Review lines of credit annually and recommend renewals or modifications
• Analyze client data across multiple systems to ensure adherence to credit criteria
• Review and prepare loan documentation with high accuracy
• Ensure all documentation complies with federal and local lending regulations
• Collaborate with business partners and recommend process improvements for efficiency
• Maintain a strong control environment to support error-free operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant credit experience
• 4 years of experience in underwriting, credit risk, or collateral valuation
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, Word, and SharePoint
• Familiarity with federal and local lending regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across organizational levels
• Proven track record of accuracy in documentation and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of financial markets and asset vehicles (Mutual Funds, Equities, Fixed Income, Municipals)
• Experience supporting asset and wealth management clients
• Ability to develop into a lender role with credit authority
